Yesterday afternoon was beautiful! Sunny, warm -- just the right weather for photography. I took my 4X5 Graphic View over to THE SILOS for a test shot, hoping to capture a train passing by the building. While I was setting up the camera, two trains went past. Then, once the camera was in place, nothing. I waited. Took a shot without a train. I waited some more. Just as I was about to give up I saw the triangle of headlights coming down the track. I pulled the slide on the camera and released the shutter. One frame -- one moment captured.
